financial responsibility

Hi...my wife and I have seperated but have not divorced...is there a way to protect myself from any debt she may incur now that she wants to be on her own without a divorce?

Other than getting a divorce one way is to make an agreement as to the finances of the separation. You can agree to almost anything. Even how the divorce maybe obtained. About the only thing you can't agree to is a wavier of child support.
