Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Need to find out about Grandparents rights in Northumberland County (Shamokin) P
I need to find out what the laws are in Northumberland County Pennsylvania..... Because my 1 son is married to our grandsons mother and my other son has 2 children from 2 different women one is a little boy our grandson that is his but she now say`s he is not his.. And the other one he live with has our granddaughter......
Which they are not let us the GRANDPARENTS see our Grandchildren ... We did not do anyhing to them .. I think it is because if we don`t do or say or get things they want we don`t get to see them at all till we do what they say....
They hold the children against us...... I don`t think this is right !!! It hurts us Grandparents who loves their grandchilden and it also hurts the children in the long run ........Grandparents should also have rights they did raised their parents
