Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
How do you fire a lawyer? Does the lawyer have to file a Motion to Withdraw as Attorney or is there something I can file myself to basically fire my attorney and represent myself?

Generally the attorney files a motion to withdraw after being notified in writing that the client dismissed the attorney.
You may need to advise the court the attorney has been dismissed and send notices to you. You may be better off retaining a new attorney/
