The courts cannot order you to move anywhere. Do you mean family court or Florida court? Did you live in Florida? What is someone suing you for? I am not admitted in Florida, but if there is no jurisdiction, you will need to get a Florida attorney and object to the lawsuit.

If this is family court, does this involve a Florida custody proceeding and did you take the children to Pennsylvania? If so, were there any prior custody orders in Florida and does the other parent still live in Florida? If the answers are yes to both questions, only Florida can make orders regarding child custody, not Pennsylvania. The judge in Florida can decide that you cannot relocate outside of Florida with the children. You can relocate, but not the children.

If this involves a Florida issue, you need a Florida attorney, Otherwise, I need more information so that I can give you better advice.
