Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Can I do anything to force the State of PA. to expidite terminating the parental rights of the mother of a child that we had together? She had the children taken from her 30 months ago. And continues to engage in practices and a lifestlye that precipitated them getting taken. There is a good family that wants to adopt and the Adams County Youth services is holding this up.

There is a Petition for Termination of Parental rights that the adopting couple can file when they pursue adoption......They should consult an adoption lawyer in the county where they hope to adopt...
It does not have to be terribly expensive....
