Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I just found out that the man I have been married to for 6 years never divorced his wife prior to me....What do I do?

Depends on if you want to stay married or not. If you do your "husband" needs to get a divorce from the previous wife. Otherwise you'd be seeking an annulment.
