Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Possible fraud or something?

I'm 17. I just moved in with my dad after always living with my mother. Now no visits or anything with her. My father has paid child support and it went on a credit card and he is still paying it. I had the card myself even if though my mother's name was on it but a police officer told me it was okay for me to have it, since it's to support me and if she did have it literally none of the money would be spent on me. Even though I live with my dad he still pays it since it's an easy way to give me allowance for things I need. I had to request a new one recently since my cc number got stolen and it got sent to my mother's house since it's in her name. Now she won't give me the card and I was wondering if it's legal for her to keep it when I don't even live there anymore and it's just child support for myself?

I also am wondering if it's legal for her to claim I still live there even though I don't even visit there at all, and by this she is getting more food stamps and an access card and possibly even a higher unemployment check now?

Re: Possible fraud or something?

Well once you moved dad should have filed with the Domestic Relations Office. He shouldn't be paying support if you live with him.

You also might need to inform the court that issued the custody order of the new living arrangements.
