Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

A friend of mine informed me that when he divorced his first wife,he sent the papers to a friend of his. this friend of his let his girlfriend sign the papers. This man has since remarried. Is the divorce legal? He he still legally married to his first wife? Can anything be done about this?

If there's a divorce decree then he's divorced. It does NOT sound like there was a defect in service. Even if there was it's his ex- wife who has to complain. She didn't so any defect is deemed waived.

Why does anything need to be done? Why do you care?
