Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My best friends husband has been cheating for 6 years with the same woman.The wife said since he had been doing this for so long she is entitled to most if not all of the property and funds theyve accumulated throughout the marriage. Is this true? i never heard of that. I am friends with both of them and dont want her to take him to the cleaners even though he was wrong.

Fault is not a factor in Equitable Distribution. Further,if she knows he's cheated and she has marital relations she would not be entitled to a Divorce under 3301(a) (2) adultery as he has the defense of condonation.
