I am trying to get full custody of my son, I was wondering how "said" father and I can go about him signing his rights over to me so that my husband can adopt my son. "Said" father has agreed to sign his rights over but we are unsure of how to get started with everything.

You start an adoption action. As part of that you will asked the child's father to voluntarily terminate his parental rights. This can be done when there is an adoption to take place,
