Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Have full legal and sole physical custody, not married. Two and half yrs ago fathers visitation suspended. .judge ordered psychological eval before reinstating visitation. He never complied. He had mot seen her in two and half years.He now demanding 2 days week visitation. Court has ordered a hearing. What are my rights in this since he did not do whst judge ordered

He's entitled to a hearing. Doesn't mean he'll get what he wants. Your lawyer should be able to prevail as long as you show he willfully disobeyed the court's order.
