Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I gave up rights to my two kids several years ago who are now 13 and 11. The circumstances surrounding why I did this are complicated. Is there anything I can do in order to get rights to them back or do I have to wait until they turn 18 to contact them?

If you actually signed documents consenting to the termination of your parental rights, and they ahve been adopted, then you have no legal rights to the kids.
