Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

This girl had been telling my son he has a baby, my son had been seeing the baby, but now she is mad at my son, she told him he can't see the little girl, how can my son get a DNA test, and if it is his I can he apply for weekend visit.

First paternity needs to be established. If you son is indeed the father then he needs to file a custody complaint to establish a custody order. You get to see the child when your son does.
