Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My girlfriend and I bought a house in 1986, we never married. After 18 years she up and left. That
was 8 years ago. How do I get her name off the deed. I do not know of her whereabouts.
Can you please advise. Thanks

You need to file an action to quiet title. Since you will be unable to serve her unless your attorney can track her down eventually you'll have to serve her by publication.
