Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Girlfriend took children

Recently me and my girlfriend of 5 years started having troubles and fighting. We have two childdren three and six months . She packed all there stuff and left to go to her parents while I was at work. We had a small argument when I confronted her about taken all them money from the account when she left . Her father said to leave he doesa not want this at his home. They called the cops on me to have me removed. There was no charges put on me. They will not answer my phone calls , let me talk to kids or girlfriend . Im not getting to see my kids at all . Today she said I could come get them for awhile so on my way there I called police to come with me so I have proof of my actions and theres to keep myself safe. They did not like this . The told the Poilice that they never said I could come get kids. How can she do this , I miss my children and only want to see them.

Re: Girlfriend took children

Even if she changes her mind and lets you see the children, at her whim, I would recommend that you file a complaint for partial custody, in order to get a court ordered schedule.

I have several office locations, if you would like to schedule a appointment to discuss this matter.

Re: Girlfriend took children

File a custody petition ASAP. Its the only way to get a court order to enforce your custody rights.

It doesn't look like they will give you any on their own.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
