Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my girlfriend and i are fighting because my son was born in nov. we had an understand i would claim him on my taxes since we live together and i support all of us. she worked all of about 2 months of her whole life and now just went back to work since the baby was born in the past 3 or 4 days and now she went behind my back and claimed him. she told me to get out so i left cause i didnt want to scare the baby with us fighting and alls she ever tells me is she is the mother she has all the rights and she can come and go with the baby as she wants i have no rights since i didnt carry him for 9 months

So she went back to the law firm? She is totally wrong on the law. Further, you can challenge her claiming the children on the income tax.

You need to talk to a lawyer and not listen to the mom.
