Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I'm a good Uncle to both my niece and nephew, but my ignorant sister don't want to take no good advice from me concerning her actions and the things that she do out in the streets. So now she got an "attitude" towards me and now she is telling my niece and nephew not to speak to me. Does she have that right?

Yes, she would have the right. Parents have the right to choose whom they will permit to visit with their children, unless their is a Court Order forcing visitation. As an uncle, you would not have standing to sue in Court for custody unless these children lived with you and you cared for them for at least a year.
