Grandchild custody

My 2 yr old grandson has lived with me since birth..My daughter is being accused of a felony & is on the run..I live in pa and dont have a lot of money.What can i do to get temporary custody?

All custody is temporary. The first question is where is dad?

You can petition the court for custody as you have standing. You will be going against the child's mom and dad.

In the alternative if the parents agree you're to have custody you could file a petition to have the agreement made into an order.
