Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Both of my grandchildren attend school. Their father works every Saturday. In the custody order, he has both children every other weekend, Thursday night thru Sunday night. Should that change since he started working every Saturday two months ago?

I don't understand why you are involved unless you have custody of the children.

The father gets his visitation periods as per the order. I don't know the ages or circumstances of the children or how long the father is at work. Depending on the circumstances, the father needs to make suitable arrangements for the children if he must work while the children are left in his care. If the mother/custodial party objects to this, then perhaps the children can be with the mother while the father is at work and the mother/custodial party can allow the children to visit with the father during the week.

Whatever the agreement, the parents of the children have to work it out unless you are the custodian of the children in which case you and the father must reach an amicable resolution. If the mother/custodial party objects to the children being in the father's care while he is at work and no agreement can be reached, then the mother/custodial party must go back to court to get the custody order modified.
