grandchildren

i would like to be able to have my grandchildren come and visit with me.how do i go about this?and do grandparents have any rights in the state of pa.?

Yes, grandparents have rights; but they are not so extensive as the right of a non-custodial parent. You will have to get the court's permission first, by showing that you qualify to bring the action. You qualify if your child is deceased, if the grandchild lived with you for a year or more, if your grandchild's parents were never married or if they are separated or divorced.
