My granddaughter was born in

Florida and lived her all her life she is now 2

parents unwed. father convinced my daughter to move to ny with him, they were there for 3-4 mths, could not be worked out so daughter and granddaughter moved to PA. to live with my son and cousin

father had her served with child custody paperwork, does ny have jurisdiction? or cna it be requested to be dismissed for no jurisdiction as home state is florida

Sounds like there may be a jurisdictional issue here. You will need to retain a lawyer to file preliminary objections. The statute requires the child to be in a state for six months for there to be jurisdiction in that state.
