guardenship

grandparent needs guardenship papers to file with a school district to send a grandchild who lives with them this is by mutual agreement from the mother (the father is deceased) where do i get these

You would need a court order making your mutual agreement with the child's mother an order of the court.

You failed to include a zip code so it would be hard to say how involved this might be or how long before you got the order. Pennsylvania is a Commonwealth of 65 states. They all have slightly different rules and procedures some are more than slightly different so knowing where you are helps.
