Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

guardian in will

How do I go about naming a guardian for my daugther should I ever pass away?

I need a very simple will as I do not own a home yet or have any large assets.

Re: guardian in will

Naming a guardian for your children can be done by appropriate provision in the will as well as a trustee to hold money for a child if they are a minor. These are not complicated wills and a lawyer who is familiar with estate planning and wills can help you. If you would like to contact our office about a will you may call or e-mail my office.
