guardianship of minor child

How do I make it legal for my 12 year old daughter to live with my other daughter if something happen to me?

I will have to assume you're a single parent. Otherwise the surviving parent takes over.

If something happens to me means death. You'll need to put your desires into a will. You also should allow for the fact that something might happen to the other daughter before it happens to you.

As a practical matter before getting a will you should check with your other daughter to see if she is willing and so she is aware of your wishes.
