Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

guardianship

Our 14yr old grandson has lived with us for 1 1/2 years and his mother (our daughter) is thinking about moving to another state and leaving him with us. My question is-what do we have to do to obtain legal guardinship of him in case he would need medical help or anything else?

You need to Petition the Court for Guardianship. You should consult with an attorney. Is the father in the picture???
