Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am an H-1B visa holder, living in Pennsylvania. My wife was in this country on an H4. I have two children from her. Recently, she took the kids and went back to India. She has no intention of coming back and does not even want to speak to me again. We got married in Bangalore, India under Hindu Marriage laws. We would both like to get a divorce but she will not file for it herself or under mutual consent, probably because she thinks she has more to gain if I file for it. My question is, is it possible for me to get a divorce in the US?

As long as you have resided in PA for at least the past six months, you may file a divorce action here, regardless of where you were married.

If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to give me a call. I offer free phone consultations.
