harrassment

ok my husband was arrested for harrassing me i tried to drop the chrges as it has gone all the way to pre trail but the state picked up the charges so am i able to do anything?

Probably not. Whether the charges will be dismissed is up to the District Attorney for the county where the alleged crime occurred.
