Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Health Insurance Coverage for Child.

When my exwife took me to court, I was given a court order to provide healthcare for my daughter. However, when I stopped receiving claims from my insurance company for my daughter, I asked my exwife if she was still using my coverage.. she replied ''yes.'' Come to find out she has been getting ''CHIP'' for over a year without informing me, meanwhile I'm still paying $56/week to keep my daughter's coverage with my own plan. Can I drop my daughter? Can I take my exwife back to court and try to get my money back, since she lied?

Re: Health Insurance Coverage for Child.

You would have to file for a modification with the DRO in Pennsylvania.

My guess is that as your insurance is tied to a job in Delaware she may be considered to be going out of network using your insurance rather than CHIP.
