Health Insurance

My wife and I separated(not legally) 2 yrs ago. I carried her healthcare until now. I dropped her due to cost increases. Am I legally bound to carry her healthcare untill divorced?

You are not legally bound now, but you could be.

If she files for spousal support she could ask for you to provide health insurance. Whether she gets it or not is fact dependent.
