Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

hello.....my husband and i have been seperated for 3 years,we are still legally married.....In December,he "made" me sign my name off the deed to our house..Is the house still considered maritial property and half mine? Thanks

No. Why did you sign this? How did he "make" you sign? You need a family law attorney quickly so they can review what you signed. There may be a chance to the deed rescinded. Or, if there are other assets, you will be able to claim those. You can request counsel fees, as well as support or alimony, so money is not necessarily an obstacle. Get a lawyer now.
