Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hi,

I'm 17 and have a kid. The mother is 16 and lives with her Mother. Last night I arranged with my Childs mother to pick my daughter up. When I got there I was told that her mother wasn't letting her answer the door so that she couldn't give me my child. The cops were called but they said they couldn't do anything about it. What route should I take to prevent this from happening again. I want to make sure my Childs grandmother cannot stop me from seeing my kid.
