Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am still on a Home Equity loan with my ex-husband. (we have been divorced for over 6 years) There is a rental and a home as collateral for the loan. I am on the deed for the home but not the rental. In the divorce agreement, it was stated that he was to attempt to refinance the loan in good faith every two years. He has not done so...I need to get my name off this loan and need to know what I need to do to get this taken care of. I need to know the cheapest way to do this and how to do it on my own if possible.

You would need to file a motion to compel. Given the complexity of the rules for motion its not something to do pro se.
