My husban filed for divorce
My husband filed for divorce last week, and moved out of the house we own on the same day. He told me that he would pay the bills for the month and then i was on my own, can he do this? The house we live in and own was also paid for with inheritance money of mine, will this be split 50/50 or are the odds for me to gain the full house in the divorce?

You may have a number of issues. Depending on your respective incomes you may be entitled to spousal support or temporary alimony. As to the house, a number of factors are relevant, including tracing the inheritance money into it, and how long you have been married since then, and whether his name is on the deed.
