Anything is possible. Though if he wants custody support court isn't going to be the place he gets it.

He is going to have to file a Petition to seek custody of the child. My advice is file before he does.

Unless he can show why it would be in the best interests of the child to be with him than with you he isn't going to get far.

The facts as you present them don't help his case.
