Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband just asked me for a divorce,even thou I don't want one.He owns a small business am I entitled to any revenue from it.Also he said we would split everything 50/50. He said he isn't cheating,,,but on his Facebook he has been chatting with women from Ca.from where he is from,,old flame/ friend from his past.I have read their Facebook posts before he changed his password.Also I know he has been calling/texting her from his cell phone.Can I get phone records,,?both of our phones are on same bill.

You can file a divorce for any number of grounds. That said can you prove he committed adultery? Based on what you've got the answer would be no. You have no proof he's actually had sex outside of marriage If not it's not adultery.
