my husband attacked me. chargered with simple assault and endangering welfare of a child. what is min. or max. he can get. thank you. also need help with divorce and custody . can neg. on salary.

Both crimes are misdemeanors so there is jail time possibly and fines. If it's his first offense he could get ARD. Basically probation with community service. It will definitely help you in you custody case.
