Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my ex husband and i have 3 children together i have cusody of one and he has the other 2, in the past he has harrased me with pranks and asking questions about my personal life which has nothing to do with him, i called the police about the pranks they said if he does it again he will be arrested, now he is taking me to court saying i wasnt abiding my court order for him to see his one child which is a lie, is him doing this a form of harrasment?

If he hasn't repeatedly hauled you into court then it's not harassment.
