Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my soon to be ex husband has our 3 children because of the school district that they are in, recently he has been saying that he does not have to bring the kids out to me at all because of where i live ( i currently live with my boyfriend and his mom and son) he says he does not have to give them to me at all and make me go to a park or motel to see them for a couple of hours a day is this true? neither one of us has custody we agreed on shared custody.

He doesn't. After all who is gong to make him do anything? Not the courts because there is no custody order.

So if you want any rights to custody you will have to ask the courts to issue a custody order.
