Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex husband has custody of are daughter and know she lives with me and I'm trying to get her enrolled in school they need a paper saying that I have custody of her how do I go about getting this paper without having to go to court

Your ex-husband could sign an agreement that you have custody of her, if you have a court order, a stipulation can be prepared, signed by both parties and filed with the court without having to appear at court.
