Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My husband and I are getting a divorce. I am paying spousal support and he was the one cheating. This has been going on for almost three years. I have exhausted all of my resources for this divorce and spousal support. I am even paying for his healthcare. I do not have the money for attorney because he keeps on taking me in for contempt for stupid things. How can I end this with as little money as possible? He wants money to end it. But he does not deserve it. Please help.

It would be impossible for anyone to give you step by step advice on how to litigate a divorce case. Plus, there really are not enough facts here to give us an idea of what is going on.
Retaining a lawyer would be your best bet. Although there would be an initial cost of hiring a lawyer, over the course of the divorce this may save you much money as the lawyer may be able to get you a better settlement or in the worst case, he could litigate this matter before a divorce master.
