Can my husband get a divorce without me receiving anything to sign after I sent him a settlement agreement now his girlfriend says they don't gotta give me nothing or serve me divorce papers is this true in Pennsylvania

He has to serve you with divorce papers. If he does that by certified mail you would sign that, For him to go farther you would have some documents to sign. Once he did serve you you could then file for equitable distribution and/or alimony.

The girl friend is incorrect next time she makes a legal pronouncement what her PA Supreme Court Id is?
