Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My husband & I are going through a divorce, we are currently separated but living in the same house. I arrived home today from work & found out that he went to the store with my daughter &left my 6 year old son home alone. What can I do?

It was not responsible of him, I agree. But what exactly do you want to do?
And if you and your husband are living in the same house, then you may not be currently separated. It is better if someone leaves. My advice would be that you make an appointment with a family law attorney right away
