Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I our divorcing, right now we live in the same house (up for sale) we have separate banking accounts, we split all the bills.

Now the health and dental insurance is from my company , deducted from my pay check, I asked him to pay half and he refuses said I am obligated to pay them. My question is can I cancel him off my coverage or make him pay for it. Thank you Sandra

No you need a qualifying event like an actual divorce. I suppose you could go to DRO and get him to pay half as part of spousal support.
