Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hello! My husband has filed for a non-contested divorce and I signed the paperwork on 10/08/17. I inadvertently allowed him to leave without making copies of what I signed for my records. Although, I have requested many times for him to mail me a copy, to date, he has not done so. My questions are (they may be the same), but don't have the right to have a copy of that documentation and doesn't he have to provide them to me? Please advise......thank you.

Yes he is suppose to give you a copy. Doesn't sound like he is planning on forking them over anytime soon. You solution is to get them from the courts. In most counties you'd go to the prothonotary. However, apparently Philadelphia does it differently. So I would start by asking the Clerk of the courts.
