Can my husband take me off his insurance? We are not yet divorced (I filed) because he is refusing to sign

Under the law, once a Divorce Case has been filed, neither party is permitted to make changes to insurance policies. So, since you have filed for Divorce, your Husband is not legally able to take you off of his insurance.
