Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband left the home 5 weeks ago. My name is on the deed but not on the mortgage. We live in Pennslvania, can I change the locks before the divorce without a PFA?

No that would be a self help eviction. The title to the property is key not who is on the mortgage.

If you have filed for a divorce you can petition the court to give you exclusive possession of the marital residence.
