Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband left me on 12/21/09 and refuses to talk to me. He took everything and left me with nothing but bills and a mortgage he paid every month. What are my rights? Do I have any rights?

You could take him to Domestic Relations for Spousal Support. Which could get you some money.

However, I think its time to consider filing for divorce and defending your rights.
