Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and i have legal custody of his daughter her biological mother has visitation she is a drug addict and has lost custody of her younger son to child walfare services. Our question is do we have any legal ground to strip her of her rights?

The only way would be for you to adopt his daughter. To do that you would also have to terminate her parental rights. Mother could either do that voluntarily or you could have them taken away involuntarily.
