Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My husband and I are still living together but are going to divorce soon, things are horrible between us but due to financial strife we must live together, if I go on a camping trip with some friends for a day and a half, Can he throw my belongings or me out of our rental home?

If the rental home belongs to both of you, he can't throw you out. However, if he was to through your stuff out or change the locks, there likely would be little you could do until you file for divorce. The police generally won't get involved in these matters.
