husband changes locks on our home

I had a nervous breakdown due to an unhappy marriage. during therphy I met a man.I cheated and my husband through me out.Ten weeks later he moved his girl friend into our home and changed the locks. Can he move her in with out my consent and can he change the locks like that? They are living in a 15 room house and I am in a 3 room apartment.We were married for 28 years at the time of my brekdon

Re: husband changes locks on our home

If your name is on the deed go to the county courthouse obtain a copy and call a locksmith to change the locks to let you back in. If you are not on the deed you may need to petition the court to allow you residence in the home. I offer free consultations.
